Delivered on Time or Your Money Back
In the audiovisual industry, deadlines are critical.
We understand that our clients rely on precise schedules to launch content across television, streaming platforms, radio, cinema, and digital media.
That is why we created the Scriptus On-Time Delivery Guarantee: a clear commitment to deliver on schedule or compensate our clients if deadlines are not met.
How the Guarantee Works
On-Time Delivery
We are committed to meeting the delivery deadlines established in the project agreement.
Delay Compensation
Should a delay occur, the following credits will apply:
- 1–3 days late → 5% credit
- 4–10 days late → 10% credit
- 11–14 days late → 30% credit
- 15–20 days late → 50% credit
- More than 21 days late → 100% refund
Corrections and Revisions
If post-delivery corrections are required, Scriptus guarantees their completion within 7 days.
Should this deadline be exceeded, the same compensation policy will apply.
Conditions of the Guarantee
The Scriptus On-Time Delivery Guarantee is based on partnership and collaboration.
To ensure the validity of the guarantee:
- All final production materials must be delivered completely and within the agreed schedule.
- Production timelines begin only after all required materials and information have been received.
- Changes to the original materials after production has started void the guarantee.
- Requests resulting from new versions of videos, scripts, soundtracks, or other source materials are not considered technical corrections.

That is why we created the Scriptus Sound and Image Guarantee, which ensures the delivery of projects with professional technical standards, controlled environments, and a specialized team in audio, video, dubbing, subtitling, and accessibility.
How the Guarantee Works
Recordings in professional environments
Projects are carried out in prepared studios, with microphones, equipment, and technical infrastructure suited to the needs of each production.
Qualified technical team
We work with professionals specialized in recording, direction, editing, mixing, finishing, and audiovisual quality control.
Corrections at no additional cost in case of technical non-compliance
If any delivered item is not in accordance with the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract, Scriptus will make the necessary adjustments at no additional cost until the material complies with the agreed standard.
Direct communication and specialized support
The client is supported by the team responsible for the project, including production, management, and artistic/technical direction when necessary, for alignment, reviews, and approvals.
Conditions of the Sound and Image Guarantee
Scope of the guarantee
The guarantee applies to objective technical issues related to the contracted scope, such as audio, image, synchronization, mixing, export, finishing, or other issues previously defined in the proposal.
Record of non-compliance
In the event of a correction request, the client must objectively indicate the issue identified, preferably with reference to the timecode, file, excerpt, or technical specification involved.
Valid corrections and rework
Corrections at no additional cost apply when there is a technical error or non-compliance with the contracted specifications. Script changes, scope changes, new creative guidelines, replacement of source material, or subjective preferences do not constitute technical non-compliance and may be quoted separately.
Integrity of the initial material
For the guarantee to apply, the files, scripts, references, and materials provided by the client must be complete, approved, and in their final version. Later changes to the source material may affect the deadline, cost, and scope of delivery.
